So here on day 7 of this experiment I'm not only committed to seeing the rest of these 21 days through successfully, I'm committing myself to try to make the healthiest choices I can when I'm choosing a snack or meal.
I can do this.
Just 21 days to improve my life. Can any habit be built or broken in just 21 days? Here's a little experiment for me and my first venture into blogging. And there's something about the number 21 that's inspiring. Oh to be 21 again....
